Koncert has 5x my sales pipeline. Has been a true game changer

I love the parrell Dialer part of Koncert! I love how stright forward everything is! I also the the writer feature that tells you what the prospect said. I also thought the the tool was very easy to implemtat, and that Jim has done a wonderful job guiding us throught out the process. I make so many more calls than before becuase of Koncert.

Koncert allows me to complete way more dials than I could ever hope to on my own dialing manually. It allows me to work on other tasks as I wait for it to connect me to a live conversation. Once I hear the person pickup, I hop right into my conversation. Way more dials and conversations with the tool than before. Our sales rep has been great as well with ongoing support and making sure we know about the new product features as they are rolled out and how we can benefit from them. Onboarding was easy and quick.

My company Seamless trialed out Koncert for about a month, and as an SDR it was fantastic. The parallel dialer was a great feature to use, and I booked a lot more people and spoke to a lot more people than I normally do on a daily basis. Even if it is just a trial, I highly recommend trying out Koncert for yourself or for your team. Great product. Not to mention the integration with Salesloft and Salesforce was super helpful when importing leads into the call log.

The thing that I like the best about Koncert is being able to call multiple companies at one. You are sure to get connects within the span of a few minutes that you manually would not have gotten. It's also very easy to upload the contacts from Salesloft into Koncert.

I really like the AI call features build into the platform!

I like AI capabilities and how easy it is for us to use.

As a phoneburner shop, it was a breath of fresh air to switch over to concert. It integrates with our CRM and Salesloft to make importing data incredibly easy. pulls in live updates from data entered into salesloft and salesforce as well so that contacts are up to date.

They also integrate AI in their system to pick up on if you hit a phone tree or gatekeeper, and can skip the call rather than having to manually skip through calls.

They do also have a parallel dialer, making it very easy to cover a lot of ground.

Their virtual salesfloor feature is in Beta and we didn't use it a ton but it seems promising once it hits the ground running. Overall, great great product and would recommend to anyone at the very least to test it out.

Customer support was also great, Jennifer and Jim were awesome to work with and very helpful and quick to respond with any questions/issues!

Koncert is a really unique tool that allows you to be far more productive. Not only does the AI dialer help get through calls quicker, but they also have this really cool feature that provides insights into which prospects are most likely to answer based off of data. The learning curve is short, it honestly took me a day to figure out how to work the platform.

Koncert allows me to do my job at lightening speed. By using the parrallel dialer, I am able to make hundreds of dials to potential prospects without having to type any phne numbers in. The service team is great; Jared is always quick with his responses, and any issues are resolved quickly. There are also other ways to use Koncert if you wish to work at a slower pace which is great.

The AI dialers allow me to produce more dials and convert more leads in less time. Allowing me to see an drastic increase in production, and overall happiness during cold call sessions.

What I like the best about Koncert is that it has no comparison in efficiency; calling multiple numbers at the same time is just magic; it is also really easy to understand, with no extra steps needed; you just start your list, and that's it.

Koncert has been very seamless and easy to use. You can upload lists of pending calls through CSV files or tools like SalesLoft. I like uploading through SalesLoft best because it is more convenient, in my opinion.

Great team that walked me through the steps of setting everything up. They had me use the system for a few days and it was very easy. Plus when I gave feedback they listened and shared it with the technical team. I was also able to easily integrate it into my HubSpot account. The Customer Support team was excellent.

I've been in a business development / account executive role for 10+ years in the SaaS space and have set more meetings using Koncert than I ever have! I like that I can easily upload list pulled from Zoominfo and make 150-200 dials per day with ease.

Koncert gives our company feedback every month about what we do and what we can do better. Koncerts parallel dialer picks up on the first 'hello' allowing ourselves to connect with prospects ultimetly keeping them on the phone instantly.

Koncert is not only easy to use, but their constant support and helpfullness is very appreciated. They are very responsive and if an issue presents itself, they are there to make sure to get the issue resolved as soon as possible. Their features are also great and easy to use.

Koncert allows SDRs to call a high volume of prospects in a fraction of the time and has drastically improved our ability to book meetings over the phone.

I have to say, as a Sales Development Rep, it's a game changer. Koncert is super efficient. It saves a ton of time by automating the dialing process and leaving pre-recorded voicemails for unanswered calls. Koncert's speed, integrations, and UI are in the top tier of dialers. We saw an ROI in 30 days and our new issue is having too many new meetings too fast. Customer Support has helped us out when we have had issues. Our AE has stayed in contact well passed the sale to ensure everything is going smoothly which is a very nice touch.
