Koncert's Call Intelligence, a key add-on to the Call Transcript feature, involves the automated analysis of call transcripts or recordings. Koncert automatically extracts valuable information such as sentiment, trends, and other data points, and intelligently places the Keywords by analyzing call data, providing enhanced insights into your calls. For instance, based on the transcription, Koncert will place a keyword like 'Not a good timing' for the call. Koncert provides you option to modify or delete the keywords.
